What is CleanRock?

CleanRock is the patented and registered core materialused in PolySto kerbs. The composition has been developedbased on more than 25 years of experience in the food processing industry.

Prefabricated CleanRock kerbs are composed of a mixture of polyester resins, quartz granulates and additives. The unique composition allows to prevent contaminations with Salmonella and Listeria.

CleanRock & SaniCoat surface

For clean rooms the surface of CleanRock kerbs can be finished with an extra smooth bacteriostatic and shockresistant SaniCoat surface.

Double water barrier

A double water barrier is created using PolySto HardFix glue (Hybrid polymer). This assures that even if joints become damaged there is no water infiltration possible behind the kerbs.

Renovation – new constructions

CleanRock kerbs can be delivered with food-safe coving for renovations or with a rebate in the front to create a seamless connection with the floor coving. The prefabricated kerbs allow fast renovations.

HygiSeal chemical welding

HygiSeal is the unique PolySto process for chemical welding of joints by means of 2 components PUK connection. The HygiSeal joints ensure a seamless, fungus resistant connection, resistant to high-pressure cleaning.

EHEDG Guidelines

PolySto HACCP CleanRock kerbs are the preferred wall protection solution along EHEDG construction guidelines for hygienic and durable food safe environments.

PolySto Extreme Impact

A polyethylene strip installed on a kerb is the perfect heavy impact protection for areas with high internal traffic and constant impacts.

A polyethylene strip can quickly be fitted to our PolySto kerbs using the selfadhesive tape on the back of the strip or by mechanical fix using stainless steel screws.
